Does JobTether apply to jobs for me automatically?+
No. The Agent finds jobs and tailors your resume for each one, then you review every change and apply yourself on the company's own careers page. Nothing is ever submitted without you.
Where do the jobs come from?+
From the public careers boards real companies post to directly: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Workday. The job pool is refreshed daily.
How much does it cost?+
Your first 5 tailored jobs are free. After that you buy a credit pack: 15 jobs for ₹129, 40 for ₹299 or 100 for ₹599 in India ($9, $19 or $39 everywhere else), or ₹10 ($1) a job in any amount. There is no subscription and credits never expire. You are only charged for jobs the Agent actually tailors, so a job that fails costs you nothing.
Will it make up experience or skills?+
No. It reorders and rephrases what is already on your resume to match each job description. It is built never to add experience you don't have, and any number that isn't in your original resume is flagged for you to review.
Which roles and cities does it cover?+
Jobs across India and the United States, remote roles included. The Agent matches you in the country your resume points to, and shows how many live jobs match you before you spend anything.
What happens after I apply?+
Every job you apply to moves into your Job Tracker, so you can follow each application from Applied to Interview to Offer in one place.
