Service description

JobTether provides an AI-powered resume analysis and rewriting tool. The service generates constructive critiques ("roasts") and professionally rewritten resume formats ("fixes") based on user-provided input.

Payment terms

JobTether offers the following paid plans:

• One-time Fix: ₹149 (India) / $1.99 USD (International) — single resume rewrite and cover letter.
• Pro Plan: ₹499/month — unlimited rewrites, Job Tracker, Job Fit Analyzer, and LinkedIn Optimizer.
• Elite Plan: ₹999/month — everything in Pro plus the Resume Builder.

All paid features involve digital products or services delivered instantly upon payment. We offer no refunds once access has been granted or a digital product has been delivered. Subscription plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

When using our service, you agree not to:

• Upload fake, malicious, or explicit resume content.
• Attempt to manipulate, bypass, or "jailbreak" our AI systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially package the output generated by our platform.

Disclaimer

The feedback and rewrites provided by JobTether are AI-generated. While we strive for high-quality professional output, results may vary. We do not guarantee job offers, interview callbacks, or employment outcomes resulting from the use of our service. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of your final resume before submitting it to employers.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all resume content and personal data you upload. We retain all rights, title, and ownership of the JobTether platform, its code, branding, and proprietary AI processing methods.

Limitation of liability

JobTether and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or any employment outcomes.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
