TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER (AI, CLOUD & PORTFOLIO DELIVERY)

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong engineering background who has progressed from Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect into Program Management. The role will lead enterprise transformation, AI/GenAI, cloud modernization, strategic pre-sales initiatives, and portfolio delivery across multiple programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and transformation programs. * Drive AI/GenAI, cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. * Own program governance, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting. * Manage a portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment to business objectives and strategic priorities. * Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business leaders to define technology roadmaps. * Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and proposal development. * Engage with senior stakeholders and clients as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technology solutions. * Ensure delivery excellence through Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Prior hands-on experience in Java, Python, .NET, or other enterprise technologies. * Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Knowledge of AI/GenAI, LLMs, Machine Learning concepts, and modern data platforms. * Microservices, APIs, Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems. * Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and Program Governance. * Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
PREFERRED
* Experience managing technology portfolios worth multi-million-dollar budgets. * Strong background in pre-sales, solution consulting, and strategic account management. * Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, AWS, Azure, or Cloud certifications.
