We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
* Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
* Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ÏTSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, Employee Centre.
* Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
* Create and manage workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors, tranformation
* Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues
* Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases
* Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
* Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes
* Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
* Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
(server-side and client-side)
* In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
* Experience with (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc)
* Familiarity with CMDB and ITSM
* Experience with other Application would be plus like ITOM, HRSD.
* Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
referred Qualifications
* ServiceNow certifications such as:
* Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Certified Application Developer (CAD)
* Module-specific certifications (CSM, ITSM, MCO etc.)
* Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
* Knowledge of UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration
* Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF (Automated Test Framework)

Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
* Min 5+ Years of experience in Servicenow

* Knowledge of ITIL processes
* Experience supporting global enterprise environments
