We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to transform complex financial data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and global banking clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau, advanced SQL skills, and experience developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations. * Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and reporting datasets. * Build executive-level dashboards, scorecards, KPI reports, and operational reporting solutions. * Create and maintain Tableau data sources, calculated fields, parameters, LOD expressions, and dashboard actions. * Analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting platforms. * Collaborate with Data Engineering and ETL teams to define reporting requirements and data models. * Support report automation, performance tuning, and dashboard optimization. * Develop and maintain reports in Power BI where required. * Drive adoption of Al-enabled development practices
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics. * Strong expertise in Tableau, including: * Dashboard development * Data visualization best practices * Calculated fields * Parameters * LOD Expressions * Tableau Prep * Performance optimization * Dashboard security and user access management * Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations, query optimization, and performance tuning. * Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. * Experience in designing and developing enterprise reporting solutions and KPI dashboards. * Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report creation, DAX, and data modeling. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. * Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
Good to Have Skillsets:
* Experience in the Financial Services / Banking domain. * Exposure to ETL processes and data integration concepts. * Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and data governance. * Experience with Python for automation and data analysis. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
