Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, and other brand communication requirements. * Develop creative concepts and visual assets in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. * Design static creatives, digital banners, social media posts, and other marketing collaterals. * Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life. * Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, layouts, and overall design quality. * Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creatives within defined timelines. * Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices across digital platforms.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in graphic design or a related creative role. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign and other design tools is an added advantage. * A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual storytelling, and design execution. * Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms. * A good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy. * Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment. * A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and grow creatively.
GOOD TO HAVE
* Previous experience working in a creative or advertising agency. * Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or animation. * Understanding of digital campaign requirements and brand communication.
