About the Role:
* Housekeeping & Hygiene: Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure hygiene standards across all areas, and manage vendor performance. * Security Management: Coordinate with security agencies, monitor access control, and ensure safety protocols are followed. * Waste & Pest Control: Implement waste segregation and disposal systems; manage pest control schedules and compliance. * Vendor & Staff Supervision: Manage outsourced staff, conduct training, and ensure service quality through regular audits. * Budgeting & Reporting: Track expenses, prepare MIS reports, and support cost optimization initiatives.
About You:
* Experience in facility management or hospitality services. * Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance standards. * Proficiency in MS Excel and facility management software. * Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
