Education- BE/ME/M.Tech Mechanical/Machine Design
Experience- 10-15 Years
* Lead design, prototyping and commercialization of different types of centrifugal pump series, specially canned motor pumps
* Deliver product designs which complies various standards like API610, API685, ASME Sec. VIII
* Perform and develop SOPs for design calculations for various types of pumps
* Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for developments and support sales for routine requirements
* Overall support to product development/ project engineering
* To perform and supervise various types of FEA analysis and implement the recommendations
Technical Skills-
* Exposure to design and development of Centrifugal pumps /canned motor pumps
* Strong knowledge of design calculations
* Expert Level knowledge of API 610, API685, ASME, HI Standard
* 3D modelling using UG NX and FEA analysis using ANSYS
* Strong material selection and manufacturing knowledge
* Project management and value engineering
