* Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify drivers, trends, and improvement opportunities. * Partner with business teams to translate insights into actionable performance interventions. * Lead data quality investigations and drive improvements with data owners. * Support the delivery of high-quality, automated and self serve insights that empower executive decision-making with greater agility. * Prepare compelling narrative summaries for stakeholders. * Manage small improvement initiatives or workstreams. * Accountable for work end to end, proactively managing risks and ensuring commitments are met * Uphold alignment to Group Risk Framework maintaining a culture of proactive risk ownership. * Identify and work with others to deliver continuous improvement opportunities * Be curious by asking questions to grow capability and expand knowledge. * Collaborate with team to drive efficiencies and effectiveness. * Support team productivity by identifying quick wins, automating repetitive tasks, building defined solutions and improving workflows using approved AI tools and emerging technologies
