Fire & Life Safety Operations
* Monitor the operation and readiness of all fire protection and life safety systems. * Ensure fire pumps, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment are maintained in operational condition. * Conduct regular inspection of fire protection equipment and identify deficiencies. * Ensure fire exits, escape routes, emergency staircases and assembly points remain clear and accessible. * Monitor fire panel alarms and coordinate immediate response to fire-related incidents.
2. Emergency Response
* Respond immediately to fire alarms, emergencies and other life-safety incidents. * Lead the initial emergency response and coordinate with the Fire & Safety team. * Coordinate with external emergency services such as the Fire Department, ambulance services and other authorities when required. * Participate in emergency evacuation and rescue operations. * Maintain emergency response readiness on a 24×7 basis through proper shift coordination.
