What you'll do
Accounting & Book Closure
* Support monthly and annual book closure, reconciliations and accruals * Record entries and maintain books in Zoho Books
Bank & Payment Reconciliations
* Perform regular reconciliations across bank accounts and payment gateways
Compliance & Filings
* Support GST, TDS and other statutory filings, including ITC reconciliation * Maintain compliance trackers and supporting documentation * Coordinate with external CAs and auditors during audits and filings
Reporting & Audit
* Prepare MIS reports and financial statements * Support internal and statutory audits
Who we're looking for
* CA Intermediate cleared, with at least 1 year of articleship completed * Good exposure to book closure * Hands-on experience in Zoho Books, GST and TDS * Experience in MIS reporting and financial statements * Exposure to internal and statutory audits * Good Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS)
