* F&B Executive will be responsible for café operations at all sites. * Hotelier with FM experience is helpful * Drives comprehensive plans on food services. * F&B operations monitoring as per COVID and post COVID situations. * Monitoring menu, employee engagement activities. * Implement innovated ideas to enhance Employee experience for café services * Controlling costs wherever possible, scrutiny of expenses. * Collecting feedback and complaints from employees and implementing the same to enhance service quality. * Managing and training F&B staff. * Coordinate with vendors / clients and ensure smooth operations. * Technology implementation across the activities/operations. * Setting up new cafeterias in upcoming offices, highlight necessary improvements. * Quality control, Reviews and periodic meetings with stake holders or vendors. * Implementation of SOP's and periodic updation. * Internal and External audits related to F&B, ensure proper compliance.
