Major responsibilities:
* Timely execution of Process Planning and standard time calculation (by time study/ estimation/ MOST) for manual and machining area. * Analysis of MIS and initiate Process improvement. * Timely preparation of process routings for new material & aggregates * Layout development for Lean mfg. multi-tasking and skill elimination. * Marginal analysis and capacity calculation for plant. * Identify & Execution of Lean projects, waste elimination in existing process. * Cost reduction program in sub-contracting and logistic service. * Standard work instruction and process for all products. * Selection of new equipment for required process.
Functional Competencies:
* Knowledge of Tool-Engineering, * Process Planning, Time Study & Time Estimation, knowledge of work Study * Knowledge & Hands on experience of SAP-PP module & MS Office * Knowledge of MOST Technique * Knowledge of Auto –CAD. * Exposure to Lean mfg. process * Knowledge of manufacturing process for engineering industry * Knowledge of APS system
