Position Summary:
Responsible for remote monitoring and control of the global fleet of Fuel Cell Plants from the Remote Monitoring and Command Center in India
Essential Functions:
* Remote Monitoring and Control of the Fuel Cell Plants * Work in 8-hour shifts - either during the day or night * Communicate & Support Field Service Engineers during commissioning, troubleshooting etc and Product Quality testing team * Escalate failures per established procedure * Perform other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
* Good at Diploma subject fundamentals * Basic understanding of working safely with fuels (methane, propane, etc.) and high temperature applications * Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, plumbing, valves and valve operation * Experience in basic Software such as Windows OS, MS-Office * Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Additional Skills / Knowledge Preferred:
* Knowledge of DCS / SCADA environment is preferred in case of experienced candidate
Education:
* Polytechnic diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Energy Systems Engineering/ Electrical
Experience: 0 - 2 years related experience in the above mentioned field
Reports To: Technology Support Manager in India
