Job Description:
* Strong Banking/BFSI domain experience * Hands-on mobile or digital banking project background * Good understanding of payments and/or lending * Proven skills in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum delivery * Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in fast-paced sprints * Ownership, attention to detail, and clarity in documentation * Ability to work closely with business, product, design, and technology teams, and to present to senior stakeholders * Experience on large-scale mobile banking transformation or revamp projects, hands on experience in Jira, Confluence, and Figma
