Key Responsibilities
1. Building Systems Management
* Oversee operation and maintenance of: * HVAC systems ( AHUs, FCUs, VRVs) * Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS) * Plumbing and water management systems * Diesel Generator – Operational and Maintenance * Sewage treatment plant - Operational and Maintenance * Fire detection and suppression systems * Elevators and escalators * Building Management System (BMS) * Ensure optimum performance and reliability of all critical equipment.
2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. * Monitor breakdowns and ensure timely corrective actions. * Maintain equipment history and maintenance records. * Conduct periodic technical audits and inspections.
3. Team Leadership
* Lead engineering and maintenance teams. * Manage technicians, supervisors, and vendor personnel. * Conduct training programs on safety and technical procedures.
Evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement.
