Key Responsibilities
* Develop visually compelling and engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and brand communication. * Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and creative teams to bring campaign ideas and concepts to life. * Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, digital ads, and other marketing assets. * Contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives to brainstorms, campaigns, and everyday social content. * Stay updated on emerging design trends, social media formats, digital culture, and innovative creative approaches. * Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh visual styles and design treatments. * Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and platform-specific executions. * Support the development of key visuals, campaign look and feel, mood boards, and visual storytelling. * Collaborate with motion designers and content teams to create engaging digital experiences. * Ensure high-quality creative output while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or digital advertising agency. * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools. * Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. * Good knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and evolving creative trends. * Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to creative ideas and concepts. * Basic knowledge of motion graphics, After Effects, or video editing is an added advantage. * Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies is a plus. * A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design versatility, and digital-first thinking.
