JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The energy transition needs people who can see the full picture — and keep complex, multi-phase projects on track from the first milestone to the final handover. As a Project Planner at GE Vernova, you will be at the heart of project execution across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, turning project scope into structured schedules that engineering, procurement, and construction teams can actually work to. Your planning keeps projects moving, risks visible, and decisions well-informed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with scope, milestones, and contractual requirements, including baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), activity sequencing, and resource-loaded plans. * Monitor project progress against planned schedules, identify critical path impacts and schedule slippages, and recommend corrective and recovery actions. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site execution, and commissioning teams to gather progress updates and maintain accurate, current schedules. * Prepare look-ahead schedules, catch-up plans, and recovery schedules; support project management in forecasting completion timelines and surfacing planning-related risks. * Generate periodic progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and milestone tracking reports to support project review meetings and decision-making. * Maintain planning records, schedule revisions, and project control documentation in compliance with company procedures.

Preferred
* Prior experience on large-scale EPC or energy sector projects across the full engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning lifecycle * Ability to manage multiple concurrent project schedules in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
