Job Description: HR Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and execute HR shared services operations. * Handle HR processes and operations efficiently. * Utilize Workday HR for various HR functions. * Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and compliance with policies. * Ensure Data Audit and compliance related governance.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum Graduate/Post-Graduate degree. * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR shared services role. * Proven experience and knowledge of HR processes and operations. * Hands-on experience with Workday HR.
