We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Expert to integrate AI tools into our law firm's workflows, streamline processes, automate reporting, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT, along with proven expertise in AI agents, APIs, and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Integrate personal and firm email accounts with AI-powered assistants. * Set up SMS and WhatsApp messaging automation. * Connect AI tools to SharePoint, Excel files, and Microsoft 365. * Integrate accounting platforms with AI tools for financial analysis and reporting. * Explore integrations with SmartAdvocate for efficient case lookups. * Build automated reports and dashboards. * Develop AI-powered solutions to identify expenses and recommend cost-effective alternatives. * Ensure secure integrations and protect confidential firm and client information.
