• Follow-up Date: Calculate 7 business days from the date applied, or from the date of your last interaction.
• Recruiter Contact: Name, email, and LinkedIn URL. You will need this for follow-up emails.
• Notes: Key things about the role, the company culture, or details from previous conversations.

Columns That Are Overkill — Don't Add These

You don't need their stock price, their office square footage, or a 500-word company overview in your tracker. The goal is an actionable system you will actually maintain — not a research project.

Keep the tracker lean. If you cannot update it in under 30 seconds per row, it is too complex.
